For the second time wildlife artist Mike Brown was named the winner of the Iowa Duck Stamp Competition. This is Mike Brown's second win of this prestigious contest.The painting "At First Light", depicting a Canada Goose, will be reproduced as the 2015 IOWA DUCK STAMP.
